Nice looking and great relaxing hotel in a magnificent position in the middle of jackson. Fairly friendly and pleasant staff with good manners. A wide array of goodies for breakfast.

The hotel had a favourable and magnificent location in the middle of jackson. The staff were very polite and excellent all the time. We greatly enjoyed triple room provided with bathroom and WiFi and the microwave.

Its location is marvellous, close enough to Texarkana at 2:00am after a long day of driving as well as certain areas. Also, it's located 2 miles from Nix Creek Trail.

It was a good looking and great relaxing hotel, we greatly enjoyed it. The staff members were all pleasant and really friendly.

In overall the room was reasonably large and with bathroom and WiFi, for example. The location was magnificent, close to Texarkana at 2:00am, certain areas, and a truck stop. The hotel staff was helpful and amiable.

Overall I appreciated that great looking hotel. The room was large and with the microwave, WiFi, bathroom, had everything I needed. The staff was excellent and attentive and made me feel at home. Its location was favourable and excellent in the middle of jackson.

Wonderful relaxing hotel with HELPFUL staff and perfect location. The rooms with a king size bed and the microwave, for instance. Location right by Texarkana at 2:00am after a long day of driving, a truck stop, and certain areas. Good choice of food options at a medium distance from the venue.

My favorite part about this hotel was the bed. It was soooo comfortable I loved it and wish I had one of them at my own home. I slept like a baby.

Good value, very comfortable bed with clean good quality linen. Ideal stopover between cities.

Due to road construction it was difficult to locate on GPS

the gentelman at the front desk was very nice. they were nice enough to move us to a different room and when I spoke to the manager the next day she was very nice and offered to reduce my bill by $25.00 however when I checked my account it has not been reduced.

the bed was full of hair, the floor looked as though the toliet had over flowed and there was papper all over the floor stuck in the tile and out side the room in the carpet as if it has never been vacumed. the comforter was stained and the bed skirt looked as if a dog had hiked his leg and took a pee on the bed skirt. we were moved to a new room which was better however when I went to make coffee the next morning the coffee pot already had water in it so when I tried to add water it flooded every where and when I poored to old water out the coffee pot was very dirty in the tank that holds the water. also I have not recieved my discount that the manager offered.

Booked online when got there they had no record of it. I called the booking agent they had already sent fax. Took us an hour after arrival to get checked in.

It was obviously really old and not well kept at all. Horrible paint job, sticky floors, very warm and humid in the hallways. Would not recommend this hotel and will not be staying here again.

The hotel had an indoor heated pool; a great continental breakfast with a variety of food items. Had a restaurant on site, although I did not use it.

The rooms are very dated; and the locks on the doors are loose; especially patio doors. The room needs more lighting, bathroom very small and tv is tiny. A lot of noise on Saturday night coming from other guests.
